From January 19 to 21, 2026, a delegation from Tsinghua University visited the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). One of the aims of the visit was to strengthen cooperation in the energy sector.
The visit included a in‑depth introduction to the Energy Lab, where Prof. Dr. Veit Hagenmeyer, program spokesperson for the Helmholtz Energy System Design (ESD) program, presented research contributions on the design of energy systems.
