As part of the mentoring program MINToring, mentors and mentees were invited to the annual retrospective event to reflect on the past mentoring cycle and exchange ideas for the future.

The event took place on Monday, June 15, 2026, from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM at KIT Campus North. The event began with a round of introductions, during which participants shared their motivations for joining MINToring and reflected on their experiences from the past year. Afterwards, mentors and mentees wrote down their thoughts and suggestions on what should be maintained, what could be improved, and what new ideas could be introduced in the future.

The collected feedback was then reviewed and discussed together. This exchange provided valuable input for the further development of the program and helped identify priorities for future MINToring activities.

The event concluded with a summary of the main outcomes and a thank-you to all participants for their engagement and contributions. We look forward to the next round of MINToring and to continuing to improve the mentoring experience together.
