Anydesk: Remote-Support

At IAI, the AnyDesk software is used for remote support.

For the operating systems Windows, macOS and Linux, clients adapted by the infrastructure have been created, these are configured as follows:

  • Incoming connections only
  • Connections only after user approval
  • No unattended connection
  • No auto start
