For high-pressure gasification in the bioliq® process, methods for camera-based process analysis are being researched. For this purpose, a camera high-pressure probe was initially developed. The bioliq® measurement campaigns are accompanied by high-speed camera measurements. On the basis of the recorded data, algorithms for the extraction of parameters are being developed with the aim of process analysis and subsequent integration of the camera-based information into the control system.
